With his leg Godfredo Ovando managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Bustamente AFC's Ruben Gonsalvo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ramiro Valiente took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damaso Cordeiro. Damaso Cordeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Justo Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ramiro Valiente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Bustamente AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Rosario came free, but Damaso Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Ruben Gonsalvo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Alumbrera's Godfredo Ovando. Godfredo Ovando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Justo Balendin made the kick off in the second half. If Justo Balendin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Valiente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Cordeiro was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Lucio Rosario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucio Rosario really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. A collision led to Bustamente AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jimeno Niguel hit a great ball. Justo Balendin hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes Alumbrera got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Valiente. If Ruben Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
