With a little luck, Shaqui FC's Orlando Tab got control of the ball when Tomas Cresenciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Cristobal Quinton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shaqui FC's Orlando Tab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Pedro Matei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shaqui FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave José the free kick. A collision led to Shaqui FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Pedro Matei hit a great ball. Pedro Matei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Eleuterio Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Tomas Cresenciano rounded Shaqui FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Orlando Tab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Cresenciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Tomas Cresenciano struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Orlando Tab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for José. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Cristobal Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. José's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Quinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Tab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Cresenciano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Filiberto Tabb made a precise shot to the right of Eleuterio Galeno. José's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Pedro Matei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Galeno having to interfere. Orlando Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Pierres in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
