Choiqué AFC's Freddy Gentza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Quintan in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Choiqué AFC's goalkeeper Freddy Gentza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Kaxen. After a rather tough play, Choiqué AFC's Teobaldo Tximitx got a free kick in the 15th minute. Alejandro Lonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. The Simbol AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Telmo should have stopped the shot. Choiqué AFC's Salvador Hegoi got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Eugenio Maurin came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Choiqué AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Maurin couldn't finish the play. Nunez Quintan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Freddy Gentza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Choiqué AFC's zone, Pascual Kaxen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Gentza came out of the goal and Pascual Kaxen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Simbol AFC booed when Choiqué AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Martino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Kaxen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Simbol AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Choiqué AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Choiqué AFC.
