Pedro Eguen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Rio having to interfere. A collision led to Candelaria getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Serafin Primo hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Guasapampa's Pedro Incendio tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Leheren in the 11th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Ariel Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Aurken during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Samuel Aurken kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adan Orlandus got free with Ariel Rio in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Pedro Eguen came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Guasapampa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Eguen couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Leheren came free, but Ariel Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Itzaina. 24 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goalkeeper Ariel Rio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Eguen. If Leonel Leheren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Guasapampa got a freekick which was hit by Adan Orlandus. After recieving a nice pass, Candelaria's Marcos Rafel tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gabriel Tolino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Guaberto Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaberto Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Aurken in the 40th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Tolino was the one to do the kick off. Leonel Leheren scored 1-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Rio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th match minute, Guasapampa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Leheren to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafin Primo during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Candelaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Primo to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Pedro Incendio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Candelaria's Ariel Rio didn't even have to move. Ariel Rio came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Guasapampa's Leonel Leheren. But to his dismay, Leonel Leheren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 89 played minutes Guasapampa got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Leheren. Guaberto Loco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Aurken in the 90th minute. Leonel Leheren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Rio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Leonel Leheren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Leheren scored 3-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Rio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
