Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adolfo Erramu kicked off to start the match. With his leg Gervasio Ieltxu managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Avellaneda's Wilfredo Nalo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ranelagh's Gervasio Ieltxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Nalo in the 10th minute of play. Ranelagh's Gervasio Ieltxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Ranelagh from getting a goal against them. Nunez Llanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sixto Demesio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Avellaneda's Emiliano Federigo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ranelagh. The audience was convinced that Wilfredo Nalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Ieltxu was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilfredo Nalo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gervasio Ieltxu. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Ranelagh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. When Roman Ado fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Avellaneda's protests and gave Roman Ado a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Avellaneda getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Roman Ado hit a great ball. Romulo Fresco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Erramu's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 played minutes Avellaneda got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Quintan. In the 35th match minute, Avellaneda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Frantzes to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Ranelagh's Angelo Argider tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Avellaneda defense, Amador Salvino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Fresco. The Avellaneda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Fresco should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute, Desiderio Jayvier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Nalo to make the kick off. Adolfo Erramu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Fresco having to interfere. In the 57th minute Adolfo Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Fresco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Erramu in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romulo Fresco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Delmiro Mogel's late challenge caught a Avellaneda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Mogel helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Ranelagh got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Mogel. In the 65th minute of the match Fernan Frantzes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gervasio Ieltxu skillfully saved the ball. In the 67th minute Adolfo Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Fresco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Honorato Cresitobalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranelagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avellaneda the free kick. Gervasio Ieltxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When Ranelagh's Adolfo Erramu in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avellaneda's goalie prevented a goal. During the 80th minute of the match Honorato Cresitobalo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Honorato Cresitobalo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 81st match minute, Ranelagh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Cresitobalo to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rdth minute of the game Wilfredo Nalo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranelagh's Gervasio Ieltxu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nunez Llanos struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Gervasio Ieltxu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avellaneda. Amador Salvino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Romulo Fresco made a huge save. Roman Ado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
