Ubaldo Rufio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Generoso Tebaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Ubaldo Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Tebaldo having to interfere. Ubaldo Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Generoso Tebaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Matias Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Lizer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Rodriguez having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Catamarca FC got a freekick which was hit by Siro Colas. Siro Colas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Tebaldo having to interfere. Matias Millan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Isaac Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Caradaro kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Catamarca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ripamonti AFC the free kick. The supporters of Ripamonti AFC booed when Catamarca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Sindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Aaron Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Matias Millan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac Rodriguez. Catamarca FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matias Millan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Lizer made a kick off. Ubaldo Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Tebaldo having to interfere. If Matias Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ripamonti AFC's Aaron Lizer in 63 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Isaac Rodriguez guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Siro Colas struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Generoso Tebaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catamarca FC. With a little luck, Ripamonti AFC's Generoso Tebaldo got control of the ball when Ubaldo Rufio tried to sneak it across the goal line. With 71 minutes on the clock, Amador Santio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 71 minutes into the game, one of Catamarca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Isaac Rodriguez went to the wrong direction when Florencio Cloyo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 76th minute, Ubaldo Rufio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Lizer in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaac Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Matias Millan put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Isaac Rodriguez. In the 87th minute Gaston Bazkoare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
