Jaime Harkaitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Loren having to make a save. Clemente Donostia struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Aaron Loren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olascoaga AFC. Aaron Loren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Donostia in the 16th minute of the match. The Olascoaga AFC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Olascoaga AFC's Clemente Donostia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arnoldo Galeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Maju in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Serafin Maju got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnoldo Galeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Maju, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Galeno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Jerold in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauricio Gombal during the 28th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Arnoldo Galeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Arnoldo Galeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Maju in the 57th minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Serafin Maju who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olascoaga AFC's Arnoldo Galeno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clemente Donostia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Loren having to interfere. Modesto Domeka's late challenge caught a Olascoaga AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Domeka helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, Modesto Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Olascoaga AFC's zone, Serafin Maju stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Galeno came out of the goal and Serafin Maju tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Serafin Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Serafin Maju managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lonquimay's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Maju was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Galeno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonides Jerold took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Galeno. Arnoldo Galeno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Lonquimay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olascoaga AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Olascoaga AFC.
