Hernan Policarpio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Placido Ulizes hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Placido Ulizes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pozuelos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Ulizes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rosendo Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Ulizes in the 23rd minute of play. If Cecilio Berdoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Handi struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Hernan Policarpio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isthilart AFC. With a little luck, Isthilart AFC's Rosendo Peio got control of the ball when Serafino Guillelmus tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Burutzagi in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Policarpio saved Pozuelos from getting behind. Hernan Policarpio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Serafino Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Isthilart AFC booed when Pozuelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Guillelmus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Placido Ulizes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Peio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

A very good chance. After 76 played minutes Pozuelos got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Azubeli. If Rolando Handi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Txindoki kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Cecilio Berdoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cecilio Berdoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Isthilart AFC booed when Pozuelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Txindoki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
