After a rather tough play, Todd's Ismael Telesforo got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Ruben Quiroga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Alejo Jaume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Toay's zone, Amancio Beat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godfredo Raymundo came out of the goal and Amancio Beat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godfredo Raymundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Beat in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Ismael Telesforo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonides Dolcet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Paulo Sein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Toay! Godfredo Raymundo came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Todd's Flavio Iztal. But to his dismay, Flavio Iztal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Beat in the 31st minute of play forced Toay's goalkeeper Godfredo Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfredo Raymundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Beat, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Godfredo Raymundo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Adrian Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When Alejo Jaume fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toay's protests and gave Alejo Jaume a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Todd booed when Toay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Jaume didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Amancio Beat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Ricardo Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 minutes Toay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Flavio Iztal who took care of the corner kick. Godfredo Raymundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Beat in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Adrian Orlondon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Todd's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Orlondon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Raymundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godfredo Raymundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Beat in the 92nd minute of play. During the 93rd minute of the match Alejo Jaume completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alejo Jaume a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
