David Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Caetano in the 5th minute of play. Marco Arnau charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Arnau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ramona AFC's Marco Arnau got a free kick in the 20th minute. David Maldonado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Luix, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Gabriel Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Angelo Moise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Maldonado having to interfere. Marco Arnau got his second yellow card in the match during the 41st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 41 minutes into the game, one of Ramona AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Cobos FC a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gustavo Ramirez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ramona AFC's David Maldonado. 0-1. A collision led to Ramona AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ignacio Millrick hit a great ball. Gustavo Ramirez, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Luix was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Gabriel Luix reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of David Maldonado. The goal made the score 0-2. 59 minutes into the game, Narciso Leoiar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Amancio Mincho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Leoiar in the 66th minute of play forced Cobos FC's goalkeeper Amancio Mincho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 played minutes Ramona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Clemencin. 70 minutes into the game, Danilo Bide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramona AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cobos FC the free kick. After 70 played minutes Ramona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Bide. Narciso Leoiar ran back to his position shaking his head. Ignacio Millrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Mincho having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cobos FC's zone, Ignacio Millrick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Mincho came out of the goal and Ignacio Millrick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Ramiro Oalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Leoiar took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Mincho. Amancio Mincho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When Paolo Caetano came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Cobos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Caetano couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
