Ermegildo Gauargi struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Romeo Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trelew. In the 8th minute, Desiderio Artaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimiro Petrigai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel Oier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Vladimiro Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amanal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Petrigai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vladimiro Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amanal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Petrigai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Oier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Oier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Aballe in the 29th minute of play. When Amanal FC's Eusebio Aballe in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trelew's goalie prevented a goal. Gaston Elija might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romeo Jerardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaston Elija ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the game, Trelew's Abelardo Hotz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeo Jerardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

If Vladimiro Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute Vladimiro Petrigai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Oier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimiro Petrigai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Joel Oier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Fraco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romeo Jerardo came out and tried to block the shot, but Saturnino Fraco slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute, Eusebio Aballe made a precise shot to the right of Joel Oier. Trelew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Abelardo Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Jerardo having to interfere. Joel Oier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Aballe in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Saturnino Fraco fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Romeo Jerardo, passed just outside the right post. Omar Hever struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Joel Oier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amanal FC. Joel Oier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Aballe in the 81st minute of play. After 83 played minutes Trelew got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Elija. Trelew's Saturnino Fraco got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the game, Omar Hever was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amanal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trelew the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, Amanal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Hever to maneuver through the defense. Trelew's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
