Marcial Isauro was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Ramiro Bento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ramiro Bento really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Marcial Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Unax in the 14th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Ceibalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Haritz to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Segundo Medardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Ceibalito's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Unax came free, but Marcial Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Donato Perpinya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmita FC's goalkeeper Cleto Uzuri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramiro Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ceibalito getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Emilio Estevon hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Lorenzo Unax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Isauro having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Palmita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Norino came free, but Cleto Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Unax in the 41st minute of play forced Ceibalito's goalkeeper Marcial Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Joaquin Haritz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Uzuri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorenzo Unax was the one to do the kick off. Ceibalito's Marcial Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Unax in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Ceibalito's Angel Calisto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cleto Uzuri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Lisandro Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ceibalito booed when Palmita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Seguinus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Ramiro Bento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmita FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Segundo Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceibalito's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Norino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Uzuri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Norino got free with Cleto Uzuri in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Haritz kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Unax cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Marcial Isauro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Angel Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Norino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Cleto Uzuri made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ceibalito players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Palmita FC.
