Rodrigo Pinto made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Baldomiro Fanuco sent off a good shot on target. If Leonel Gudesteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Leonel Gudesteo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rodrigo Pinto to make any attempt to save it. Damian Gilabert charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Gilabert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lehmann's Damian Gilabert got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Alejandro Bartoleme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerrillos's Honorio Tabby was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baldomiro Fanucos short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Rodrigo Pinto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejandro Bartoleme in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorio Tabby saved Cerrillos from getting behind. Leonel Gudesteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Cerrillos's Baldomiro Fanuco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Pinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Baldomiro Fanuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melchor Koldo during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cerrillos getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Melchor Koldo hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes, Lehmann's Efrain Furtado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honorio Tabby came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lehmann reached it. Leonel Gudesteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Gudesteo made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Cerrillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Perpinya to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Abella, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 58 played minutes Cerrillos got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Pere. Alejandro Bartolemes short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Honorio Tabby to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 69th minute, Damian Gilabert fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Honorio Tabby, passed just outside the right post. Cerrillos's Baldomiro Fanuco got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Lehmann getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Silvio Mundo hit a great ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Leonel Gudesteo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lehmann's Rodrigo Pinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Lehmann's Damian Gilabert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorio Tabby narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Lehmann's Alejandro Bartoleme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorio Tabby made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Leonel Gudesteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Bartoleme's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Honorio Tabby skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Cerrillos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lehmann's performance. The match ended with a win for Lehmann.
