Paolo Fernendo's late challenge caught a Yráizoz FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paolo Fernendo helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Yráizoz FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Manny. When Anibal Baladi fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yráizoz FC's protests and gave Anibal Baladi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chosmes AFC booed when Yráizoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Baladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victoriano Hurko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Cordeara having to interfere. Paolo Fernendo got his second yellow card in the match during the 21st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Chosmes AFC's Paolo Fernendo got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Delmar Weather got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yráizoz FC's Delmar Weather got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilfredo Eguzki struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Maximino Lawrence didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chosmes AFC. Nicasio Paublo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Lawrence having to interfere. Wilfredo Eguzki struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Maximino Lawrence didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chosmes AFC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilfredo Eguzki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Chosmes AFC's zone, Delmar Weather stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Cordeara came out of the goal and Delmar Weather tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeo Cordeara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Weather in the 60th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Ruben Brais was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chosmes AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yráizoz FC the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Ruben Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Eguzki got free with Maximino Lawrence in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the game, Chosmes AFC's Wilfredo Eguzki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximino Lawrence made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Wilfredo Eguzki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chosmes AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfredo Eguzki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Lawrence breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Wilfredo Eguzki came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Chosmes AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Eguzki couldn't finish the play. Anibal Baladi kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Amadeo Cordeara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Adriana Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chosmes AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yráizoz FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Chosmes AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yráizoz FC:s goal. The referee gave Yráizoz FC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sergio Breogan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chosmes AFC's Amadeo Cordeara. 2-1. If Ruben Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Yráizoz FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
