Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jorge Abar made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Edgard Rudolfo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Barrionuevo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Orlando Pueblo was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Justino Sidro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Justino Sidro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After having played for 12 minutes, Jorge Abar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menucos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Abar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Speluzzi's goalkeeper Tadeo Barrionuevo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Speluzzi got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Rio. In the 17th minute Menucos were awarded a corner. Luisito Iraitz went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Luisito Iraitz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tadeo Barrionuevo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edgard Rudolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tadeo Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Abar in the 21st minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Menucos's goalkeeper Orlando Pueblo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Pirro. In the 27th minute Edgard Rudolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes, Atilano Mendebal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Speluzzi and the Menucos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Atilano Mendebal hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Menucos's Edgard Rudolfo got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Menucos's goalkeeper Orlando Pueblo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Pirro. In the 33rd minute, Edgard Rudolfo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menucos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The supporters of Speluzzi booed when Menucos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Eleder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menucos's Orlando Pueblo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Menucos from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justino Sidro to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgard Rudolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Tadeo Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Bonifacio Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Abar in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadeo Barrionuevo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Justino Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silverio Asteri during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Silverio Asteri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Speluzzi's Justino Sidro got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jorge Abar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgard Rudolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Abar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Barrionuevo having to interfere. Jorge Abar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgard Rudolfo in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tadeo Barrionuevo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Menucos played a much better game than Speluzzi and deserved their victory. The Speluzzi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
