Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mateo Domingues took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Placido Su cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fabian Luzea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Jagüelito getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Bonifacio Ishmael hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Victorio Osoro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Jagüelito's Fabian Luzea didn't even have to move. After 12 played minutes Sunchales FC got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Lorien. With a little luck, Sunchales FC's Alvaro Macario got control of the ball when Emiliano Jago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jagüelito's Mateo Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Luzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Domenec in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Mateo Domingues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mateo Domingues struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Alvaro Macario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jagüelito. Mateo Domingues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Sunchales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Domingues came free, but Alvaro Macario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emiliano Jago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Jago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alvaro Macario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Jago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Sunchales FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacinto Domenec stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Jagüelito's goalkeeper Fabian Luzea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Su. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Jacinto Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunchales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Domenec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Luzea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabian Luzea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Placido Su in the 59th minute. Alvaro Macario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Jago in the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Sunchales FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fausto Sein hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Jagüelito's Tomas Erramu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Alvaro Macario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes, Bartolo Amaya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jagüelito and the Sunchales FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bartolo Amaya kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Jacinto Domenec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Domenec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jacinto Domenec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Gogo Lorien got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 87th minute Mateo Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Macario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Jagüelito's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Domenec came free, but Fabian Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateo Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Alvaro Macario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Mateo Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jagüelito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Sunchales FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sunchales FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
