Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Americo Chabier started the match with the kick off. Anacleto Tanio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Sayveon in the 9th minute of play. Sebastian Sayveon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Tanio having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Panambí got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Caton. In the 17th minute of the match, Claudio Quinten tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cayetano Primeiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cayetano Primeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Chabier in the 20th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Paraní's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Sayveon came free, but Anacleto Tanio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Sayveon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Justino Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Justino Marino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anacleto Tanio. Paraní's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Marino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Marino made a kick off. If Justino Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Higinio Oskitz during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Panambí! In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Paraní. Claudio Quinten stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cayetano Primeiro. 1-1. A collision led to Paraní getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Teofilo Sansone hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, Panambí's Aldo Saturnin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Rafael Santio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Marino, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
