Freddy Eliu's late challenge caught a Tornquist AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddy Eliu helped the player get up and apologised. Panaolma's Placido Guifre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Panaolma from getting a goal against them. Tomás Venerando hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Abechuco in the 20th minute of play forced Panaolma's goalkeeper Placido Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tornquist AFC's Urbano Abechuco in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panaolma's goalie prevented a goal. Placido Guifre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Hermon in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Abechuco in the 45th minute of play forced Panaolma's goalkeeper Placido Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Panaolma booed when Tornquist AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Rencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Panaolma's Freddy Eliu tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomás Venerando to make the kick off. Virgilio Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Venerando in the 54th minute of the match. Rafael Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Virgilio Ospetsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Tornquist AFC's Urbano Abechuco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Placido Guifre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Panaolma's goalkeeper Placido Guifre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Tomás Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panaolma's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Venerando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Ospetsu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urbano Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Guifre having to interfere. Rigoberto Hermon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Truylos got free with Virgilio Ospetsu in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Venerando in the 93rd minute of play forced Tornquist AFC's goalkeeper Virgilio Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Venerando in the 95th minute of the match. Rafael Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Virgilio Ospetsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 98 minutes, Rafael Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panaolma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Truylos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
