When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Goiz made a kick off. Coneta FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Navarro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Saturnino Sanchez took the corner. Saturnino Sanchez made a great header on Coneta FC's corner, it was just that Navarro FC's Guaberto Millrick managed to reach the ball for a save. Navarro FC's Vladimiro Dubardo got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Dubardo in the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Navarro FC booed when Coneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Demario didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Coneta FC's zone, Vladimiro Dubardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Acevedo came out of the goal and Vladimiro Dubardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimiro Dubardo in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jairo Acevedo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
