Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Teobaldo Lauren made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Erasmo Etxatxu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Patricios's Fidel Kiliz. Fidel Kiliz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erasmo Etxatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Fidel Kiliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaudencio Dolfo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clodoveo Berbiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, Patricios's goalkeeper Fidel Kiliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Etxatxu. Patricios's Aquilino Lesardo managed to work through Roosevelt FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Aquilino Lesardo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Gaudencio Dolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Clodoveo Berbiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricios's Fidel Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Lauren in the 30th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Prudencio Bazkoare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patricios's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roosevelt FC the free kick. A collision led to Patricios getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Prudencio Bazkoare hit a great ball. If Gaudencio Dolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Etxatxu struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Fidel Kiliz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Roosevelt FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaudencio Dolfo was the one to do the kick off. Roosevelt FC's Clodoveo Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Dolfo in the 53rd minute of play. Enzo Calisto hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Roosevelt FC's zone, Aquilino Lesardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Berbiz came out of the goal and Aquilino Lesardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clodoveo Berbiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaudencio Dolfo's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 62nd of the match, Gaudencio Dolfo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Clodoveo Berbiz got in the way and made a wonderful save. Aquilino Lesardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clodoveo Berbiz having to make a save. The supporters of Patricios booed when Roosevelt FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Cayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Aquilino Lesardo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Roosevelt FC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Berbiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gaudencio Dolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patricios's Aquilino Lesardo got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 85 in the game by Aquilino Lesardo from a close distance when the talented Clodoveo Berbiz managed to make a qualified save. Roosevelt FC's players were relieved. Fidel Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Etxatxu in the 88th minute of play. Fidel Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Etxatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes Roosevelt FC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Cayo. Gaudencio Dolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Berbiz having to interfere.
