Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Damario made the kick off which started today's match. Mariano Damario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gualterio Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 7 minutes, Mariano Damario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarasa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Damario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute, Sarasa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gogo Tanio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 20 played minutes Sarasa got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Tonio. 24 minutes into the game, Mariano Damario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gualterio Cordeal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 29 minutes, Gogo Tanio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malbrán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Tanio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Malbrán's zone, Mariano Damario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Cordeal came out of the goal and Mariano Damario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Gogo Tanio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malbrán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Malbrán getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Lino Urbes hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Gogo Tanio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malbrán's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Tanio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Ricart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 minutes, Romulo Montel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malbrán and the Sarasa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Romulo Montel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gogo Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Mincho's late challenge caught a Malbrán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Mincho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Malbrán booed when Sarasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Mincho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gogo Tanio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Ricart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Venancio Eron left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malbrán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 84th minute, Joel Oliverios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Sarasa defense, Gogo Tanio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Ricart. The Sarasa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Ricart should have stopped the shot. Malbrán's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
