In the 5th minute, Adan Urtsua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bonifacio Ilixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Urtsua in the 11th minute of the match. Amadeo Bastian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Romelio having to interfere. Ricardo Cordarrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Ilixo having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Adan Urtsua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Purmamarca's Bonifacio Ilixo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Purmamarca getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Humberto Fernandes hit a great ball. If Ricardo Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Leo Heli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Romelio came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Purmamarca's Amadeo Bastian. But to his dismay, Amadeo Bastian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timoteo Handi during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leo Heli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amado Romelio. Jocolí FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Adan Urtsua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jocolí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Urtsua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Purmamarca's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adan Urtsua 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adan Frutos to make the kick off. With a little luck, Jocolí FC's Amado Romelio got control of the ball when Amadeo Bastian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jocolí FC's Amado Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Frutos in the 57th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Eustaquio Tonio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th match minute, Jocolí FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Acosta to maneuver through the defense. When Amadeo Bastian came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Purmamarca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Bastian couldn't finish the play. After 76 played minutes Jocolí FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Indar. Amado Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Frutos in the 77th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Adan Urtsua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bonifacio Ilixo was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Urtsua in the 81st minute of play forced Purmamarca's goalkeeper Bonifacio Ilixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Henric hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ricardo Cordarrell struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Bonifacio Ilixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jocolí FC. Bonifacio Ilixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Cordarrell in the 90th minute of play. Ricardo Cordarrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Bonifacio Ilixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adan Urtsua took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bonifacio Ilixo. Bonifacio Ilixo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jocolí FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
