With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Olo in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervasio Joseph saved Goldey AFC from getting behind. Emanuel Frederik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Goldey AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Olo came free, but Gervasio Joseph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Frederik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Joseph having to interfere. If Severino Endira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Filiberto Michael managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goldey AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Michael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltasar Distiratsu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltasar Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Endira, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Emanuel Frederik was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Hugo Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Goldey AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Teofilo Cordarrell scored to the left of an out of position Gervasio Joseph, making the score, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Filiberto Michael made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Goldey AFC booed when Caroya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Cordarius didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Frederik in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervasio Joseph saved Goldey AFC from getting behind. After 67 played minutes Caroya got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Cordarrell. In the 70th match minute, Caroya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Reno to maneuver through the defense. Goldey AFC's Filiberto Michael got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Severino Endira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the game, Gerardo Reno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caroya 's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goldey AFC the free kick. After 78 played minutes Caroya got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Reno. The long shot by Matias Gaueko in the 78th minute really tested Baltasar Distiratsu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Goldey AFC's Gervasio Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Olo in the 81st minute of play. In the 88th minute Hugo Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Joseph saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Frederik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Joseph having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Reno in the 91st minute of play forced Goldey AFC's goalkeeper Gervasio Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hugo Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Joseph showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Frederik, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Caroya walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
