Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomás Saturnin made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Valente in the 3rd minute of play forced Goyena's goalkeeper Clemente Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Severo Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixto Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Elia having to interfere. Severo Gines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sixto Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Mirande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goyena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piamonte the free kick. After a rather tough play, Goyena's Fulgencio Mirande got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Tomás Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Saturnin in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Javiar saved Piamonte from getting behind. Severo Gines's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Clemente Elia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 29th minute, Guaberto Senon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Severo Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascual Ipar during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pascual Ipar kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Ruperto Jaunzuria struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Damaso Javiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goyena. The supporters of Goyena booed when Piamonte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Lorencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Valente made a kick off. Sixto Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Elia having to interfere. If Sixto Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Gines struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Clemente Elia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piamonte. Clemente Elia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Gines's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. When Severo Gines came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Piamonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Gines couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Goyena's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Gines came free, but Clemente Elia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Jaunzuria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Javiar having to interfere. If Ruperto Jaunzuria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Gines in the 86th minute of the match. If Sixto Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Clemente Elia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Gaizkine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Piamonte getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Teodosio Gaizkine hit a great ball. Piamonte were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Goyena to leave the ground with a draw.
