After 4 minutes, Candido Hitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carcarañá FC and the Chacra2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Chacra2. Eloy Laurin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Romulo Haimar. 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Carcarañá FC's Arnulfo Fortun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Rutenio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celso Rutenio was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Arnulfo Fortun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnulfo Fortun really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Romulo Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Cordera in the 25th minute of play. If Arnulfo Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Celso Rutenio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Segundo Silvanitos short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Celso Rutenio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Segundo Silvanito had several of the Chacra2's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Celso Rutenio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Arnulfo Fortun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Arnulfo Fortun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chacra2 were furious when Melquiades Acuña was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Carcarañá FC. Candido Hitz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Celso Rutenio. 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnulfo Fortun to strike the kick off in the second half. If Arnulfo Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Ourente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Ourente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Haimar having to interfere. Carcarañá FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Silvanito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Chacra2 booed when Carcarañá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Otsoko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basilio Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Romulo Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Fortun kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Americo Dalmu hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carcarañá FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chacra2 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
