Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orlando Quico started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Mojigasta's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Quico came free, but Niceto Raymundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 3 minutes into the match, Orlando Quico notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mojigasta's Niceto Raymundo. Niceto Raymundo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Orlando Quico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Tomás Pello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayapaso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Pello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mojigasta's Niceto Raymundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Quico in the 16th minute of play. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Orlando Quico sped through Mojigasta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niceto Raymundo. After 23 played minutes Ayapaso got a freekick which was hit by Federico Cordearo. After a defensive mix-up in Mojigasta's zone, Tomás Pello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Raymundo came out of the goal and Tomás Pello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Ayapaso's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Benat came free, but Adan Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Alvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adan Mendez having to make a save. If Narciso Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Narciso Benat fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Adan Mendez, passed just outside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Liberto in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Mendez saved Ayapaso from getting behind. If Pastor Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Narciso Benat might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adan Mendez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narciso Benat ran back to his position shaking his head. Narciso Benat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Benat in the 44th minute of play forced Ayapaso's goalkeeper Adan Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Figueroa hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Ayapaso's Ariel Serapio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Alvarez in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adan Mendez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Quico in the 61st minute of play forced Mojigasta's goalkeeper Niceto Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mojigasta's Pastor Alvarez in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ayapaso's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th minute, Pastor Alvarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mojigasta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Figueroa in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Mendez saved Ayapaso from getting behind. Pastor Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Adan Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Pastor Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Mendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Constantino Dominguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pastor Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Orlando Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Mojigasta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ayapaso's performance. The match ended with a win for Ayapaso.
