Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Laureano Elivareo started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Severiano Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Laureano Pepillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Laureano Pepillo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Medrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Pepillo couldn't finish the play. If Francisco Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureano Elivareo took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Estevez. Danilo Estevez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Clemente Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Pepillo in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Vertientes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Ixidor came free, but Clemente Gaskon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Medrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Guillen to maneuver through the defense. When Nereo Pirro fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vertientes FC's protests and gave Nereo Pirro a yellow card for diving instead. Nereo Pirro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Vertientes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Belo to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute Francisco Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Medrano getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Astor Luzea hit a great ball. Laureano Pepillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Gaskon having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Francisco Jakobe made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Medrano getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Severiano Ixidor hit a great ball. Laureano Elivareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Laureano Elivareo sped through Medrano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Danilo Estevez. Severiano Ixidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Gaskon having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Francisco Jakobe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laureano Pepillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Clemente Gaskon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Francisco Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medrano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Jakobe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nereo Pirro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Estevez having to interfere. Francisco Jakobe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nereo Pirro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Danilo Estevez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Francisco Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Medrano's Laureano Pepillo got a free kick in the 91st minute. Laureano Pepillo struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Clemente Gaskon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medrano. Cristobal Belo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Vertientes FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Medrano for a fine match.
