Nemesio Dino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Wilfredo Lorien skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Rey in the 14th minute of play forced Vendabal Marplatense's goalkeeper Victor Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, one of Vendabal Marplatense:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vendabal Marplatense. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Andacollo FC. Denis Escobar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Victor Paul. 0-1. In the 28th minute Silvano Cresenciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfredo Lorien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Cresenciano in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Vendabal Marplatense's Nemesio Dino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Lorien narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Cresenciano in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Lorien prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nemesio Dino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Wilfredo Lorien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Cresenciano in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Lorien saved Andacollo FC from getting behind. Bernardo Rey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victor Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Rey in the 48th minute of the match. The Vendabal Marplatense players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Andacollo FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Donzel to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Vendabal Marplatense got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Mancio. Nemesio Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nemesio Dino came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Vendabal Marplatense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Dino couldn't finish the play. Eulalio Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Silvano Cresenciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfredo Lorien was relentless in the 70th minute of the game.
