The supporters of MI GENIO AMOR booed when Cuipán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Tipi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gualterio Rolado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leon Jakes. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. A collision led to Cuipán FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Segundo Tipi hit a great ball. After 10 minutes Cuipán FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Igor Chaime who took care of the corner kick. The corner led MI GENIO AMOR's Igor Chaime to fire away a dangerous shot which Leon Jakes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gualterio Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Gualterio Rolado managed to get in a good position for a shot. MI GENIO AMOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Rolado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Jakes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damaso Rudolfo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leon Jakes came out and tried to block the shot, but Damaso Rudolfo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. When Anibal Aguilera fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MI GENIO AMOR's protests and gave Anibal Aguilera a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MI GENIO AMOR getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Anibal Aguilera hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damaso Rudolfo got free with Leon Jakes in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Benjamin Mogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliberto Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Arnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Mogel in the 38th minute of play forced MI GENIO AMOR's goalkeeper Feliberto Herauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, MI GENIO AMOR's Gualterio Rolado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leon Jakes. Leon Jakes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Damaso Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gualterio Rolado was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Cuipán FC's Justo Enekoitz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Gualterio Rolado came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the MI GENIO AMOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Rolado couldn't finish the play. Damaso Rudolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Leon Jakes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Rolado in the 62nd minute of play. Gualterio Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Jakes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Rudolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Frisco's late challenge caught a Cuipán FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Frisco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, MI GENIO AMOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Frisco to maneuver through the defense. When Damaso Rudolfo came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the MI GENIO AMOR fans jumped to their feet.
