The supporters of Cuervito10 booed when Chapanay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Rutenio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Marco Segio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Cheche showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cuervito10's Abel Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Cordarell in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Rutenio in the 24th minute of play forced Cuervito10's goalkeeper Abel Sotil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes Chapanay got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Rutenio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Cordarell in the 39th minute of play forced Cuervito10's goalkeeper Abel Sotil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Cordarell took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Sotil. Abel Sotil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Abel Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Leoiar in the 45th minute of play. Cuervito10's Abel Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Cordarell in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Cordarell made a kick off. Abel Sotil made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Gervasio Cordarell sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the game, Candido Enekoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Julio Cheche was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abel Sotil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Cordarell in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Chapanay got a corner. Cuervito10's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernabe Caitano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bernabe Caitano made a great header on Chapanay's corner, it was just that Cuervito10's Abel Sotil managed to reach the ball for a save. Chapanay's Julio Cheche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Jerardo in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Marciano Leoiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Mederi got free with Abel Sotil in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes, Cristobal Celio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuervito10 and the Chapanay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristobal Celio kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Candido Enekoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Cheche was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Julio Cheche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Enekoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Flavio Rutenio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. During the 90th minute of the match Flavio Rutenio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Flavio Rutenio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The Cuervito10 players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
