Horacio Ibañez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Isidro Katia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Gudesteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Katia having to interfere. A collision led to Club Atlético Loncopué getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mauro Gomez hit a great ball. The audience cheered loudly when Gaston Gilen's long shot in the 47th minute became 2-0 when the ball went to the left of and passed Camilo Atarratze.

After 52 played minutes Corazuli got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Rayman. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horacio Ibañez in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidro Katia saved Corazuli from getting behind. Benito Musko's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Loncopué's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Musko helped the player get up and apologised. Benito Musko hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. A collision led to Club Atlético Loncopué getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mauro Gomez hit a great ball. Camilo Atarratze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Frichoso's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Isidro Katia made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Eugenio Gudesteo sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the match, Corazuli's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Ibañez came free, but Isidro Katia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atlético Loncopué players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Corazuli.
