Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pelayo's Gervasio Romildo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomás Quintana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Selatse in the 4th minute of play. The throw-in from Tomás Isidor in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pelayo's Carlos Bide. Tomás Quintana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Vito, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Tomás Quintana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Vito in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pelayo's goalkeeper Tomás Quintana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomás Quintana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Pelayo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Classon:s goal. The referee gave Classon a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lucio Edorta, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pelayo's Tomás Quintana. 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Pelayo's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Vito came free, but Tomás Quintana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Quintana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Vito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvio Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Quintana having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Pelayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Porfiro to maneuver through the defense. Pelayo's Tomás Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Vito in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Vito in the 42nd minute of play forced Pelayo's goalkeeper Tomás Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Romildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Bide in the 47th minute of play forced Classon's goalkeeper Fernan Ganix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Fernan Ganix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Porfiro in the 51st minute of play. After 58 played minutes, Classon's Gabriel Gabrio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomás Quintana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Classon reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Porfiro during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes Pelayo got a freekick which was hit by Candido Porfiro. In the 61st minute Paolo Vito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Quintana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Romildo took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernan Ganix. Fernan Ganix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Pelayo's Tomás Quintana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Pelayo from getting a goal against them. Paolo Vito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Tomás Quintana made a huge save. 81 minutes into the game, Paolo Vito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomás Quintana. Paolo Vito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. If Silvio Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Classon booed when Pelayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Quintana made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Silvio Rico sent off a good shot on target. Dalmacio Jakue kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Classon eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
