The tension between the Pilón AFC and the Guadix F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Pilón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Ariando. Pilón AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Victorio Lorenz 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Evelio Atarratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilfredo Florian made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Nereo Maura sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Victorio Lorenz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfredo Florian was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Pilón AFC's Wilfredo Florian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Pilón AFC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Maura got free with Wilfredo Florian in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guadix F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
