Kurrell Lupusland were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Pilón AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeronimo Inko took the corner. Ruperto Ariando hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Kurrell Lupusland's Florentino Iratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Atarratze in the 13th minute of play. If Everardo Rito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Everardo Rito made a precise shot to the right of Florentino Iratze. Kurrell Lupusland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Kurrell Lupusland booed when Pilón AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Eladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Pilón AFC's Everardo Rito got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Cleto Txurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Fidel Jacob managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurrell Lupusland's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Jacob was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Florian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cleto Txurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cleto Txurio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurrell Lupusland's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Txurio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Florian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Rozarius hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Inko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cleto Txurio came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Kurrell Lupusland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Txurio couldn't finish the play. Ruperto Ariando charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Ariando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ruperto Ariando hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Cleto Txurio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Atarratze to make the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match Sebastian Lope sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilfredo Florian skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Kurrell Lupusland getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Cleto Txurio hit a great ball. Florentino Iratze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evelio Atarratze went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Pilón AFC booed when Kurrell Lupusland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Jacob didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Kurrell Lupusland's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Atarratze came free, but Florentino Iratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Iratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Atarratze in the 74th minute of play. Pilón AFC's Ruperto Ariando got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Ruperto Ariando off the ground. The supporters of Kurrell Lupusland booed when Pilón AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Ariando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Kurrell Lupusland's Cleto Txurio in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pilón AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Cleto Txurio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pilón AFC's Wilfredo Florian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cleto Txurio came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Kurrell Lupusland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Txurio couldn't finish the play. After having played for 89 minutes, Gualterio Ebardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurrell Lupusland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Ebardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleto Txurio in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Florian saved Pilón AFC from getting behind. Chants of Pilón AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Kurrell Lupusland had held the ball for most of the match.
