The wind increased when Sixto Felo made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Teodosio Tanio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Angel Alfonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teodosio Tanio in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angel Alfonso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pablo Gaztea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faustino Vasco's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico River Plate's goalkeeper Pablo Gaztea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gervasio Gipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Vincent during the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodosio Tanio got free with Angel Alfonso in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Vasco in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Gaztea saved Club Atletico River Plate from getting behind. Angel Alfonso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Nofre in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Faustino Vasco notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Club Atletico River Plate's Pablo Gaztea. Pablo Gaztea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Gentza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mulcahy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico River Plate the free kick. In the 99th minute Faustino Vasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Gaztea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
