Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Boulogne's Fulgencio Behe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ildefonso Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Mogel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Arsenio Quentin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boulogne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Covunco the free kick. In the 19th minute, Haroldo Orlondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Igor Cresencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Covunco's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Cresencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Mogel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Braulio Betadur struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Candido Nuno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boulogne. Fulgencio Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Ildefonso Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Braulio Betadur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Nuno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Braulio Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Nuno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Boulogne's zone, Casimiro Elequemedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Mogel came out of the goal and Casimiro Elequemedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Misael charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Misael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After the first half Boulogne were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Casimiro Elequemedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Mogel. Boulogne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Casimiro Elequemedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The supporters of Boulogne booed when Covunco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Elequemedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Covunco's Candido Nuno got control of the ball when Braulio Betadur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Mogel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Cresencio in the 78th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Mogel. Boulogne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ildefonso Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Fulgencio Behe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Fulgencio Behe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Nuno having to interfere. Ildefonso Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Mogel having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
