Ildefonso Ipar might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nestor Lauren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ildefonso Ipar ran back to his position shaking his head. Nestor Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Ipar, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Ildefonso Ipar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nestor Lauren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Elodio hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes, Urusmayo's David Oskitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nestor Lauren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Urusmayo reached it. Hector Celio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hector Celio came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Urusmayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Celio couldn't finish the play. After having played for 21 minutes, Claudio Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yuto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Vergaray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ildefonso Ipar sped through Yuto FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nestor Lauren. The supporters of Yuto FC booed when Urusmayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Ticho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Ipar in the 32nd minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Yuto FC got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Beti. Nestor Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Celio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Ildefonso Ipar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Lauren having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Yuto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Ipar came free, but Nestor Lauren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Ipar was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Hector Celio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Ipar, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, Urusmayo's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Vergaray came free, but Silvestre Obeko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Porfirio in the 66th minute of play forced Urusmayo's goalkeeper Silvestre Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Victorio Ticho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Foro kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Nestor Lauren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Celio in the 74th minute. Ildefonso Ipar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nestor Lauren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Lauren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Ipar in the 82nd minute of play. When Cipriano Joachim fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yuto FC's protests and gave Cipriano Joachim a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Cipriano Joachim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Ipar in the 93rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Yuto FC's Nestor Lauren got control of the ball when Hector Celio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ildefonso Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Urusmayo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Yuto FC throughout the match.
