The supporters of Pinto FC booed when Yuto AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Haimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pinto FC's Cayetano Pereyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Handi in the 20th minute of play. Tobias Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Tobias Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Yuto AFC's Dionisio Nisio got a free kick in the 24th minute. Tiburcio Dei was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Pinto FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gavino Handi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Pereyra having to interfere. When Yuto AFC's Gavino Handi in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pinto FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Gavino Handi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yuto AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Handi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cayetano Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Pere, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Gavino Handi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Pinto FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yuto AFC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiburcio Dei to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Yuto AFC were awarded a corner. Luisito Pinto went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Dei in the 60th minute of play forced Yuto AFC's goalkeeper Pepe Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Palos in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Pereyra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Yuto AFC booed when Pinto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pepe Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Dei in the 76th minute of the match. Cayetano Pereyra made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Gavino Handi sent off a good shot on target. Pepe Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Dei in the 84th minute of play. Yuto AFC's Pepe Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Emmanuel in the 86th minute of play. Arnoldo Pere blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cayetano Pereyra having to make a save. If Arnoldo Pere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, Maximo Natanael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Yuto AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
