Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eulalio Playo started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Club Morbi defense, Benicio Mitxaut kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Leoncio. The Club Morbi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Leoncio should have stopped the shot. A hard shot by Bonifacio Gaueko from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Roberto Silvino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Club Morbi's Aureliano Aznaro got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 played minutes Samuhú got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Tadzio. 12 minutes into the game, one of Samuhú :s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Roberto Silvino had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Aureliano Aznaro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Aureliano Aznaro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Samuhú 's Roberto Silvino. Roberto Silvino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Gutierrez in the 18th minute of play forced Club Morbi's goalkeeper Benito Leoncio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Club Morbi's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Lapurdi came free, but Benito Leoncio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Atilano Lapurdi made a precise shot to the right of Benito Leoncio. Club Morbi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. With a little luck, Samuhú 's Roberto Silvino got control of the ball when Eulalio Playo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Samuhú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Lapurdi to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franciszek Hejza during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Franciszek Hejza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute of the match Rigoberto Ovando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Leoncio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benito Leoncio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Lapurdi in the 53rd minute of the match. Roberto Silvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Aznaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Club Morbi made a substitution. Tadeo Maties replaced Aureliano Aznaro. The supporters of Club Morbi booed when Samuhú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Gutierrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eulalio Playo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benicio Mitxaut struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Benito Leoncio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samuhú . Silvio Horado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Roberto Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Maties sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvio Horado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Roberto Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Leoncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Lapurdi in the 88th minute of play. Silvio Horado's late challenge caught a Samuhú 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvio Horado helped the player get up and apologised. After recieving a nice pass, Samuhú 's Ramiro Bikendi tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Samuhú were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Club Morbi side.
