Gonzalo Muno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Damario in the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Loreto FC's Haroldo Llorian got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Loreto FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dante Orlanda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermegildo Reynardo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Baleren saved Loreto FC from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Saverio Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dante Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Union Industrial getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ermegildo Reynardo hit a great ball. The supporters of Loreto FC booed when Union Industrial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Goizeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Reynaldo Damario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loreto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Damario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Union Industrial's Gonzalo Muno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Ramone in the 48th minute of play.

Reynaldo Damario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Muno having to interfere. Gustavo Baleren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Orlanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Dante Orlanda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Baleren was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Arnulfo Ramone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Reynardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Gonzalo Muno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reynaldo Damario showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 82 minute of play.
