Isaias Aurken didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Silban went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the match, Luna de Avellaneda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Silban came free, but Isaias Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Seme in the 42nd minute of play forced Luna de Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Isaias Aurken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jimeno Venerando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Venerando was the one to do the kick off. Isaias Aurken had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Antonio Jaen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 54th match minute, Luna de Avellaneda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Tipi to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Saul Dolfo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hernan Jaunti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Che having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Jimeno Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Faustino Silban could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Isaias Aurken made a huge save. Isaias Aurken was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Saul Dolfo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 84 minute of play. Jimeno Venerando might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bonifacio Che. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimeno Venerando ran back to his position shaking his head. After 97 minutes, Hipolito Astigar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luna de Avellaneda FC and the La Máquina de Matar players grew even worse after the yellow card.
