Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dario Jusepe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Matias Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Jusepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Senin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Monteverde AFC's Oscar Argina got a free kick in the 29th minute. Matias Innocenzio might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Jusepe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Innocenzio ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 36 minutes, Alvaro Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leoni FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Senin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Monteverde AFC's zone, Alvaro Senin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Jusepe came out of the goal and Alvaro Senin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Alvaro Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leoni FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Senin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dario Jusepe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Senin in the 42nd minute. Maximo Ranolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 51st minute, Evelio Rios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Monteverde AFC's Dario Jusepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Senin in the 56th minute of play. In the 64th minute Maximo Ranolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Marko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Leoni FC's Siro Marko got control of the ball when Apolo Berdaitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Leoni FC booed when Monteverde AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Ubendu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 minutes, Celestino Mero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leoni FC and the Monteverde AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Leoni FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Mero to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Alvaro Senin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Monteverde AFC's Dario Jusepe. Dario Jusepe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th minute, Celestino Mero sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Monteverde AFC's Dario Jusepe didn't even have to move. In the 90th minute Serafino Diagur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Jusepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Jusepe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Senin went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
