Hilario Ofelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Firman in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Milio in the 11th minute of play forced Bremen's goalkeeper Hilario Ofelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Milio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hilario Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Americo Bermudez to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Bremen got a freekick which was hit by Moises Selatse. Isidoro Lain's late challenge caught a C.A. Victoriano Arenas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidoro Lain helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C.A. Victoriano Arenas booed when Bremen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Lain didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, C.A. Victoriano Arenas's Prudencio Milio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hilario Ofelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
