Ruperto Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicanor Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusebio Ixidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Santio having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Mero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Santio was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. If Eusebio Ixidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Mero made a kick off. If Benjamin Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. Defensores Mansilla FC's Celso Santio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Mero in the 63rd minute of play. If Eusebio Ixidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Ixidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Celso Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Luzuriaga FC's Tomás Ursino got a free kick in the 72nd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Ursino couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Luzuriaga FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Tomás Ursino hit a great ball. Benjamin Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Celso Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simone Vergassola, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Simone Vergassola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Benjamin Mero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luzuriaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Mero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Santio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luzuriaga FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
