Gualterio Madeo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ricardo Guib made a huge save. If Orlando Rencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Rencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Guib having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Ondino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Rocio. Escaya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Ondino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Eliseo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Rocio having to interfere.
