Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Aguilar's Anacleto Fernado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ambrosio Hermelando came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Sp. Mecanica Destructora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosio Hermelando couldn't finish the play. Elias Senen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Flavio Oriche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Crispo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aguilar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bernabe Gonsalvo was slow to take the kick. During this time Sp. Mecanica Destructora's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Sp. Mecanica Destructora's corner Bernabe Gonsalvo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fidel Pes quite easily take care of the ball. Alfonso Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Luisito Oliverio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aguilar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sp. Mecanica Destructora the free kick. The supporters of Sp. Mecanica Destructora booed when Aguilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Oliverio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th match minute, Sp. Mecanica Destructora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Mino to maneuver through the defense. Aguilar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vladimiro Crispo in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on Aguilar's corner Vladimiro Crispo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Oriche quite easily take care of the ball. Elias Senen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anacleto Fernado took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Oriche. Flavio Oriche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Anacleto Fernado came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Aguilar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Fernado couldn't finish the play. Aguilar's Anacleto Fernado got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Ambrosio Hermelando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Pes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alfonso Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Ambrosio Hermelando made the kick off in the second half. Ambrosio Hermelando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Pes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aguilar's Anselmo Pirmin got a free kick in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Aguilar's zone, Alfonso Gutxi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Pes came out of the goal and Alfonso Gutxi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aguilar's Luisito Oliverio got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Luisito Oliverio off the ground. After 65 played minutes Aguilar got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Oliverio. Fidel Pes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Gutxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Anacleto Fernado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aguilar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sp. Mecanica Destructora the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Gutxi in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fidel Pes saved Aguilar from getting behind. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Alfonso Gutxi sped through Aguilar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fidel Pes. In the 85th minute, Elias Senen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Elias Senen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Oriche. Sp. Mecanica Destructora's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Senen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Aguilar's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
