Ianchus's Freddy Lizardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Errando in the 37th minute of play. When Prospero Maidana fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ianchus's protests and gave Prospero Maidana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of El Balé de Gareth booed when Ianchus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freddy Lizardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Errando in the 40th minute of the match. Ariel Emesto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Freddy Lizardi made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Serafin Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iker Niva struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Errando to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Txatxu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Cefero was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. The supporters of Ianchus booed when El Balé de Gareth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Corderun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Maidana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erubiel Cefero having to make a save. In the 91st minute, Iker Niva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erubiel Cefero. The goal made the score 2-2. 96 minutes into the match, Enrique Errando notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Ianchus's Freddy Lizardi. Freddy Lizardi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. El Balé de Gareth were victorious despite being under pressure from Ianchus for much of the match.
