Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aristides Botello kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Otsoko during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Romulo Otsoko kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. When Aristides Botello came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Lumbrera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Botello couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Benicio Santio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarmiento AFC's David Roldan got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 minutes, Anastasio Refugio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lumbrera FC and the Sarmiento AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lumbrera FC's Anastasio Refugio got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Roldan in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Lia saved Lumbrera FC from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, David Roldan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rodrigo Lia, 1-0. David Roldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Lia having to interfere. In the 27th minute Aristides Botello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Cuarto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Cuarto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Felix Abastas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarmiento AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Abastas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Lia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Roldan in the 34th minute of the match. Felix Abastas struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Rodrigo Lia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento AFC. David Roldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Lia having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Roldan to strike the kick off in the second half. David Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Lia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Roldan in the 69th minute of play. Felix Abastas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 minutes, Fabricio Fraco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarmiento AFC and the Lumbrera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Sarmiento AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Fraco to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Aristides Botello sped through Sarmiento AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfredo Cuarto. Rodrigo Lia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Abastas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Israel Sol fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lumbrera FC's protests and gave Israel Sol a yellow card for diving instead.
