After a rather tough play, Sijes FC's Justino Maties got a free kick in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Corderos Del Balón's Julio Naelio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anastasio Errolan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Sijes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. If Pastor Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Justino Maties put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leon Modestio. Pastor Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Errolan having to interfere. Gabriel Francescos short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Leon Modestio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Corderos Del Balón's Leon Modestio got control of the ball when Gabriel Francesco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sijes FC's zone, Julio Naelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Errolan came out of the goal and Julio Naelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sijes FC's Silvano Suarez got a free kick in the 34th minute. Pastor Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Errolan having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Sijes FC's Justino Maties sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Modestio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julio Naelio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anastasio Errolan made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Pastor Inocente sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Sijes FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Oscar Matxin hit a great ball. A collision led to Corderos Del Balón getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Julio Naelio hit a great ball. Corderos Del Balón's Leon Modestio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Maties in the 62nd minute of play. Gabriel Francesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Modestio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Francesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Julio Naelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Anastasio Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julio Naelio in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Errolan saved Sijes FC from getting behind. Leon Modestio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Francesco in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match Ignacio Formerio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leon Modestio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Julio Naelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Anastasio Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, Sijes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Suarez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Gabriel Francesco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sijes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Francesco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 90 minutes into the game, Pablo Espiridion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corderos Del Balón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sijes FC the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Corderos Del Balón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Espiridion to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Ignacio Formerio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leon Modestio skillfully saved the ball. Justino Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Modestio having to interfere. Gabriel Francesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sijes FC fully deserved thier win.
