In the 4th match minute, Deportivo Lapala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Salvadore to maneuver through the defense. Baldomero Viator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Abecia in the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Moises Guillem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Gonzalo Quintyn took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Uriel Berdoi to make any attempt to save it. After 19 played minutes Deportivo Lapala got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Salvadore. 21 minutes into the match, Patria o Muerte's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Camerino came free, but Baldomero Viator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Camerino kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 35 minutes, Cipriano Leoiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patria o Muerte and the Deportivo Lapala players grew even worse after the yellow card. Deportivo Lapala's Jesus Florian was substituted for Leonel Camerino. The referee gave Deportivo Lapala a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Feliberto Salvadore, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Patria o Muerte's Baldomero Viator. 1-1. After 42 minutes, Jesus Florian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Lapala and the Patria o Muerte players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Lapala's Jesus Florian got a free kick in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hugo Abecia scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Viator, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patria o Muerte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Jesus Florian scored to the left of an out of position Baldomero Viator, making the score, 1-3. 58 minutes into the match, Patria o Muerte's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Florian came free, but Baldomero Viator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Deportivo Lapala's Jesus Florian in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Patria o Muerte's goalie prevented a goal. Baldomero Viator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Florian in the 62nd minute of the match. If Jesus Florian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th minute, Hugo Abecia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Lapala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Benjamin Ramond hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Gonzalo Quintyn made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Berdoi. Deportivo Lapala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Uriel Berdoi came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Patria o Muerte's Gonzalo Quintyn. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Quintyn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Lorenzo Ticho scored 4-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uriel Berdoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Hugo Abecia notched a goal, 4-5, to the right of Patria o Muerte's Baldomero Viator. Baldomero Viator was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Ovidio Rocendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Lapala walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
